Madison Memorial Spartans Varsity never surrendered the lead after the
fifth inning, scoring four runs on a two-run single by McFeely.

two and struck out three. The lead stayed with La Crosse
Central after the fourth, when it scored five runs on a two-run double
by Deeth and a fielder's choice.
